Yesterday, my wife Donna and I went on our usual afternoon walk around the neighborhood. Our destination was the LOS FELIZ ESTATES, developed by Harlan Lee and Associates in the mid 1960s . The homes in the area reflect the architecture of the times, for the most part single story, south-facing homes designed to take particular advantage of the panoramic views of the city. In the mix I found a few spectacular homes like this one. Note the many tall windows and dramatic roof line.
